Delete the classification of Secretary to the Mayor in CG19, R08, create a new classification of Executive Assistant to the Mayor in CG18, R04, recreate the existing position of Secretary to the Mayor as an Executive Assistant to the Mayor in the new CG and Range and reallocate the incumbent to the new position.
