Privacy

Last updated September 2026

The short version: this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, sells nothing to anyone, and stores an email address only if you hand one over.

What is collected

Page views
The shape of the page visited — /:state/:city/meeting/:id, never the specific record — plus the date and the referring site. No IP address, no cookie, no device fingerprint, nothing that identifies a person or follows one between visits.
Your email
Only if you create an alert or subscribe. Used to send what you asked for and to sign you in. Never sold, never shared, never used for anything else.
Payment details
Handled entirely by Stripe and never seen by this site. What is stored here is your email, whether the subscription is active, and when it renews.
Server logs
The hosting provider keeps ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period. They are used for diagnosing faults, and nothing else.

Cookies

One, and only after you sign in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for thirty days. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, which is why this site does not interrupt you with a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The records themselves

Everything in the index is a public record, published by the government that created it. Names appear in those documents because the government put them there. If a record concerns you and you believe it should not be public, the government that published it is the one able to change it — this site republishes what they publish. If a document has since been withdrawn at source, tell us and it will be removed here.

Your choices

Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link. To have your email address and any subscription record deleted, ask — it takes one message and there is no retention period to wait out.
