A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Underground Electrical and Transformer Pad Easement to accommodate an electrical transmission line to provide electrical power to property in the vicinity of the El Paso International Airport, said easement more particularly described as: A Portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Sharpe Subdivision Phase One, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas and more particularly described on Exhibit “A” of the Resolution. 26-1008

A Resolution that the City Manager is authorized to sign a Concession License Agreement between the City of El Paso (“City”) and EPTEX Healthy Vending, LLC (“Concessionaire”) to allow Concessionaire to operate automated retail machines at the El Paso International Airport, with Concessionaire’s payment to the City being the greater of an amount based on the square footage of the concession site or a percentage of the revenues derived from the automated retail machines, for a two (2) year term, with an option to renew the Agreement for four additional one (1) year term. 26-1023

A Resolution authorizing the City’s Chief Human Resources Officer or designee to sign the adoption of the 2026 Guidelines for the City Employees Charitable Campaign, designating the United Way of El Paso County as the Local Campaign Manager, and designating the City’s Chief Human Resources Officer or designee to act as the liaison to work with the Local Campaign Manager in the administration of the campaign. 26-0991
  26. 6. A Resolution approving through FY27 all expenditures stemming from contractual obligations regarding the contracting of hearing officers, which are required to meet the City’s needs. Future fiscal year expenditures to contract Hearing Officers will be governed by City Council’s approval of the annual City budget, specifically from projections and updates by the Department of Human Resources, which shall be incorporated in the relevant portions of the approved budget. The Chief Human Resources Officer is authorized to execute any related necessary documents during the life of the Agreement, and the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute any documents and budget transfers required to effectuate the intent of this Resolution. 26-1019
