An Ordinance Amending Title 15 (Public Services), Chapter 15.04 (Public Utilities Generally) to add a new section 15.04.005 to be named "definitions", repealing ordinance nos.6009 and 9759 and adding section 15.04. 210 for purposes of codifying regulations governing communications by public utilities, their affiliates and their representatives with the city of El Paso, or any officer or employee of the city of El Paso and adding section 15.04.220 for purposes of establishing regulations regarding notice and presentation of information to the city of El Paso by public utilities; the penalty being provided in section 1.08.010 of the city code.
