An Ordinance amending Title 15 (Public Services)Chapter 15.12 (Water and Sewer System) to add certain definitions in Section15.12.005 (Definitions); and adding the following Sections: Section 15.12.080 (Required Disclosures) for disclosures on Commercial Solicitations relating to Water Quality, Water Safety, Water Testing, Water Treatment, or Water Filtration; Section15.12.082 (Form of Disclosure); Section 15.12.084 (Application/Exclusion), Section 15.12.086 (Violations), Section 15.12.088 (Enforcement); Penalty as provided in Section 15.12.088 of the El Paso City Code.
