A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Underground Electrical and Transformer Pad Easement to accommodate an electrical transmission line to provide electrical power to property in the vicinity of the El Paso International Airport, said easement more particularly described as: A Portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Sharpe Subdivision Phase One, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas and more particularly described on Exhibit “A” of the Resolution.
