Committee recommends approval of the Rejection of Bids: Harrison Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation (Bid No. 826-PW-082). The City received 3 bids for the project. After the bids came back more than twice the engineers estimate. Public Works has received feedback that the time to complete the work was not reasonable due to temperature restrictions limiting work over the winter months.
