Consideration to renew annual service contract FY24-101 with the following vendors: 1. Section I - BTE Body Co., Irving, Texas in an amount up to $150,000.00 (Parts only); 2. Section II - Gutierrez Machine & Welding Shop, Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $145,000.00 (Service only); 3. Section II - Laredo Mechanical Industrial Service, Inc., Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $145,000.00 (Service only); for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and truck service for the City’s automated side loader trucks. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and its contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the first of three one-year extension periods. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. Fund is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
