Discussion, review, and possible action to approve a Land Use Agreement between Oklahoma County and the OU Board of Regents/OK Mesonet, for ground space at the Emergency Management Spencer-Jones Radio Tower Site, 10600 NE 71st, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. This space is utilized for a stand-alone Mesonet Site for real-time weather monitoring, reporting, and information gathering. Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the FY 2024-2025 Annual Lease Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Oklahoma City for leased space (Emergency Management offices and EOC) at the Regional Multi Agency Coordination Center (RMACC), 4600 North M.L. King Boulevard, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. Funding is contingent upon approval of the requested FY 2024-2025 Emergency Management General Fund Budget and encumbrance of designated funds. Discussion and possible action regarding Standard Lease Agreement between Standley Systems, LLC and Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Engineering Department for a HP Z6dr 44-in Plotter and a Savin IM C4510 Copier. The County shall pay the vendor $443.56 per month to lease the equipment. For maintenance services of the equipment $111.93 per month. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No 2024-2613 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land in an R-2 Rural Residential District. The Special Use Permit (SUP-2024-01) will allow the applicant to develop and operate a Special Events Center for weddings, business meetings, family gatherings, etc. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on May 16, 2024.
