Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No 2024-2613 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land in an R-2 Rural Residential District. The Special Use Permit (SUP-2024-01) will allow the applicant to develop and operate a Special Events Center for weddings, business meetings, family gatherings, etc. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on May 16, 2024. The tract of land is located east of Dobbs Rd. and south of NE 164th St. (County Highway District #3).
