Discussion, review, and possible action to approve a Land Use Agreement between Oklahoma County and the OU Board of Regents/OK Mesonet, for ground space at the Emergency Management Spencer-Jones Radio Tower Site, 10600 NE 71st, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. This space is utilized for a stand-alone Mesonet Site for real-time weather monitoring, reporting, and information gathering. This is land-use only, no fees or compensation are provided or requested.
