The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on May 16, 2024. The property is located at the northeast corner of MacArthur Blvd. and NW 206th St./Covell Rd. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
