Discussion and possible action regarding Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners approval of Resolution 2024-2781 declaring certain real property located near Arcadia, OK as surplus and no longer needed for county purposes and if approved to execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Town of Arcadia from Oklahoma County for the described real property (full legal description attached in “Attachment A”). Requested by Myles Davidson, County Commissioner District 3 and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
