The term of agreement is May 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Purchase Order No 32 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $60,000. Total cost during the second contract period is $120,000. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026. Purchase Order No 33 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $120,000. Requested by Oklahoma County Court Clerk Rick Warren. The contracts have been reviewed and approved by the District Attorney’s Office.
