AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more concession agreements for the operation of a first-class food and beverage service at the Carl B. Stokes Public Utilities Building, for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
