- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to execute various deeds of easement granting to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District certain easement rights at or under several City-owned properties at Emery Park and Estabrook Park for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District’s Big Creek Storage Tunnel Project; and declaring the easement rights not needed for the City’s public use.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Development and/or Finance to apply for and accept a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the Regional Infrastructure Accelerator program and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more professional services contracts to implement the grant.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Amending the Title and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 715-2025, passed July 9, 2025, relating to Cleveland Casino Revenues for use by Cleveland City Council.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into one or more agreements with The Legal Aid Society, as the lead partner organization, to implement a program to provide access to legal services for covered individuals in eviction proceedings under Section 375.12 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, Legal Representation in Housing Court.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts for various types of electrical test equipment and labor and materials necessary to maintain and repair electrical test equipment, including training when necessary, for the Division of Cleveland Public Power, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into an Amended Lease Agreement with I-X Center Corporation, or wholly-owned subsidiary or successor in interest, to incorporate a payroll credit provision into the original lease.
- 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation, Public Works and/or Finance to enter into one or more contracts with one or more temporary employment agencies to provide professional services to supply temporary and/or seasonal personnel for the Department of Parks and Recreation, Public Works and/or Finance for the various divisions of City government, for a period up to one year.
- 9 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more concession agreements for the operation of a first-class food and beverage service at the Carl B. Stokes Public Utilities Building, for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
- 10 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Declaring October 13th as Bernie Kosar Day in the City of Cleveland.
