  43. 38 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN INTERVENTION, LLC., AND LASSEN COUNTY SUBJECT: Second Amendment to the Agreement Between Lassen Intervention, LLC., and Lassen County for group and individual education addressing anger management, domestic violence, and relationship issues with a maximum amount of $50,850 for the term of July 01, 2024, through June 30, 2027. This amendment updates the funding source, rate, units, and maximum amount of the agreement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/20026 and FY 2026/2027. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid from the Community Social Services Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0754.
