INCREASE RANGE FOR DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY I/II/III AND ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY IV/V SUBJECT: Approval of Deputy District Attorney I/II/III and Assistant District Attorney IV/V Job Descriptions with Range Increase. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. The range increases were appropriated for in the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the job descriptions with the range increase; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
