ANNUAL CALVET COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS SUBJECT: Annual CalVet Compliance Documents. These are the annual forms required by CalVet to verify that the Veterans Services Office is complying with the California Code of Regulations, Title 12, Subchapter 4, and the CalVet Procedure Manual for Subvention and Medi-Cal Cost Avoidance. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive Certificates of Compliance; and 2) authorize the Chairman to execute.
