This amendment updates the funding source, rate, units, and maximum amount of the agreement for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/20026 and FY 2026/2027. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid from the Community Social Services Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0754. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Lassen Intervention, LLC.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Amendment.
