Alternate Public Defender's Office recommending the Board: 1) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to amend Purchase Contract 8007 with Filevine, Inc. for the Alternate Public Defender’s case management system, extending the term by one year for a total four year term and increasing the compensation by up to $12,373, for a new total compensation amount not to exceed $42,382, and execute any sales order or associated documents; 2) Authorize the Alternate Public Defender to sign any necessary documents, excluding amendments, for the continuation of the agreement for Fiscal Year 2026-27, in accordance with the terms of the agreement; and 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any necessary administrative amendments relating to this agreement, that do not alter term and compensation outside of this current request, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management. FUNDING: District Attorney/Public Defender Subfund.
