Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board: 1) Make findings that the provision of janitorial services, at 1900 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, provided by Pro-Line Cleaning Services, Inc., (Pro-Line) can be more economically and feasibly performed by an independent contractor than County employees in accordance with El Dorado County Ordinance Chapter 3.13, Section 3.13.030(B); 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign competitively bid Agreement for Services 10079 Pro-Line in the amount of $115,000, and for the term of three years from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029; 3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to Agreement 10079, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not increase the maximum dollar amount or term of the Agreement; and 4) Authorize the HHSA Director, or the Director of Behavioral Health, to execute programmatic, administrative, and fiscal documents relating to Agreement 10079. FUNDING: 75% State Behavioral Health Services Act, 20% State Realignment, 5% Federal SAMHSA Grants.
