Discussion and possible action to add two handicap parking places on the street in front of Trinity Lutheran Church at 1052 White Rock Ave. Also to add a curb cut ramp at their own expense. And to include temporary removal of the two-hour parking restrictions from mid-May until mid-August of this year.
