A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Gloria Eslick v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 22-2-7978-4, related to a sidewalk trip and fall occurring on April 16, 2021, upon payment by the City in the amount of $450,000.00 and execution of a release in a form approved by the City Attorney.
