Resolution No. 16-016 Intent to Initiate Negotiations with Clark County on Annexation Interlocal Agreement Details: Staff recommends that the City enter into an interlocal agreement with Clark County to annex the Winchester Hills Subdivision along with two sections of right-of-way located within the Urban Growth Boundary where they should be included into the City.
