Resolution No. 16-009 Thresholds for the Delegation of Contracting or Agreement Authority to the Mayor or Designee Details: In an effort to streamline the process of executing contracts and agreements and reduce the amount of staff time required to put them on Council Workshops and Regular Meetings, this resolution authorizes the Mayor or designee to execute contracts or agreements up to $50,000 for services and leases, and up to $150,000 for capital projects.
