Resolution No. 15-014 Changing the Time Limit on a Parking Space on NE Cedar Street Details: This resolution changes the parking time limit for the northernmost space on the east side of NE Cedar Street between NE 4th Avenue and NE 5th Avenue from 10 minutes to 3 hours.
