Steigerwald Lake Restoration (Levee Modification) Project Interlocal Agreement (ILA) Details: The Steigerwald Lake Floodplain Restoration (Levee Modification) Project is being sponsored by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and led by the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership and the Port of Camas-Washougal. Attached is the proposed ILA between Camas, Washougal, and the Port of Camas-Washougal. There are Floodplain Restoration Project’s impacts on the siting of the proposed future Steigerwald wellfield site, proposed mitigation for those impacts and ongoing coordination efforts with the Restoration Project team.
