Utility Rate Study Update - Revenue Requirements and Rate Design Details: Staff has been working with the City's financial consultant, FCS Group, to complete an update to the water, sewer and stormwater utility rate financial models. Staff, with assistance from FCS Group, reviewed the attached presentation with Council, which considers the rate model update process, financial assumptions, revenue requirements and proposed rate design alternatives.
