2018 Utility Rate Study Assumptions Details: Staff has been working with the City's consultant, FCS Group, to complete an update to the City's water, sewer, and stormwater utility rate models. Staff reviewed the financial assumptions included in each rate model. Once the assumptions are confirmed, the next steps will include finalizing the revenue requirements and completing the draft Rate Designs for Council's review at future meetings.
