Interlocal Agreement with East County Fire and Rescue (ECFR) for Fire Chief Administration and Management Services Details: In 2016, the City of Camas entered into an interlocal agreement with ECFR to provide Fire Chief Administration and Management Services for a one-year trial period. That year is almost up and ECFR Commissioners have requested that we continue to provide Fire Chief Services. A new interlocal agreement has been drafted with a four-year term.
