Possible Congestion Tolling on Interstate 5 (I-5) and Interstate 205 (I-205) Bridges Details: Oregon House Bill (HB) 2017 directs the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) and Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) to study tolling on the I-5 and I-205 bridges and proceed with an application to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) no later than December 31, 2018 to possibly seek approval to implement value pricing on the bridges.
