Posted Speed Limits on NE Goodwin Road and NE Ingle Road Details: Based on road construction related to developments in the Green Mountain area and the anticipated increase in motorists due to several hundred new residents, staff has conducted a report about the posted speed limit for NE Goodwin Road, NE 28th Street and NE Ingle Road within the Camas city limits. Staff recommends lowering the posted speed limit on these roads from 50 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour. Justification for this proposed speed reduction is in the attached report. Staff sought consensus from Council to have a resolution prepared that would set the posted speed limit at 40 miles per hour. Presenter: James Carothers, Engineering Manager
