Street Project Funding Opportunities Details: Staff sought the views of Council about potential grant application submittals for transportation projects. Staff has considered the NE Lake Road and NE Everett Street intersection to be one of the highest priority projects not currently funded for design or construction. The next round of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) grant applications administered through the Regional Transportation Council is in July. The Washington State Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) grant application deadline is in August. Staff asked for Council's thoughts about applications for the NE Lake Road and NE Everett Street intersection. There was a brief presentation at the Council Workshop.
