2017 Spring Omnibus Budget Presentation Details: This presentation included the 2017 proposed Spring Omnibus Budget with revisions from the prior presentation on March 20, 2017 (presentation is included). Staff reviewed the list of packages, the funding sources as well as the attachment, which will be attached to the ordinance at the April 17, 2017, City Council Meeting for consideration. The budget amendments include 16 carry forward budget packages from the 2016 Budget, 5 administrative packages and 12 supplemental packages.
