Strategic Plan Kickoff (1:15 p.m.) Details: This presentation is the kickoff for the Strategic Planning process that will take place over the next six months. The purpose of this session is to explain the process and begin to get direction from Council. In the future, there will be one-on-one meetings with Council Members and meetings with staff and community focus groups. The team will report back to Council periodically at Workshops during the next six months. Presenter: Holly Valkama, Principal, and Rob Fenty, Principal, both with 1961 Consulting LLC
