Bright Line Parking Discussion Details: A discussion was held about establishing the middle of NE 3rd Avenue as a distinct boundary between timed parking limits and the standard seventy-two-hour parking. The concept was brought forward as a simplified way to communicate where longer term parking can occur while also simplifying the enforcement side of parking limits.
