Safety and Compliance Program Contract with Fire District 5 Details: The Public Works Department has traditionally relied upon Northwest Regional Training Center, operated through Fire District 5, to provide the majority of the training for each employee that is needed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The attached agreement would allow for Fire District 5 to continue providing the necessary training for 2017. Fire District 5 has proposed that the per employee rate for 2017 remain the same as it was for 2016, which results in an annual billing of $10,240. Presenter: Steve Wall, Public Works Director
