Utility Tax Scenario Model Presentation Details: Staff demonstrated a model to provide scenarios of utility taxes to project possible revenue collection estimates, potential impacts to residents, commercial properties and industrial customers. The model also incorporates the offsetting property tax scenario and the net impact with lower property taxes and introducing utility taxes.
