Draft Ordinance for Residential Sprinkler Systems Details: Fire sprinklers have proven to be a valuable tool in suppressing fires to the room of origin. Requiring sprinklers in all one- and two-family dwellings, as well as townhomes, will greatly add to the Fire Department's resources.
