NW 6th Avenue Water and Storm Sewer Improvements Change Order No. 2 for WS-756 Details: This second project change order is for the repair of two undocumented pipes, the required modification of a newly installed catch basin, and materials and standby time associated with the discovery of a differing valve connection. This change order removes a number of unused items from the project resulting in a net credit for this change order.
