Steigerwald Water Source Development Utilities Cooperation Agreement Details: Staff and attorneys from the cities of Camas and Washougal and the Port of Camas-Washougal (Port) have been working together regarding the acquisition of property from the Port for future development of a new water source to serve the communities for the 50-year planning horizon. Staff has prepared the attached memorandum for Council's information and updated them about pertinent discussions and the attached Utilities Cooperation Agreement.
