Adoption of the Clark County Solid Waste Management Plan Details: The City entered into an Interlocal Agreement with Clark County in early 2015 to have Clark County continue providing regional management and disposal of solid waste generated within the County. As part of the County's regional responsibilities, the County is preparing to submit the final updated Solid Waste Management Plan to the Department of Ecology. Each City is required to approve and adopt the plan prior to the County's final submission to the Department of Ecology. The attached draft resolution has been prepared by the County as an example of what they are asking the cities within the County to use to approve the updated plan.
