Chemical Purchase and Service Agreement Extension Details: The attached agreement extends the Chemical Purchase and Services Agreement (Project WS-724) with Northstar Chemical for an additional one-year period. Based on a review of the amount of sodium hydroxide chemical purchased for the water system in 2014, it is estimated the total amount of the contract for the year will be approximately $45,000.
