Ordinance No. 18-008 NW Larkspur Street Condemnation Ordinance Details: This ordinance is for condemning certain land lying within the City of Camas for the purpose of constructing NW Larkspur Street. Construction of the NW Larkspur Street Improvements requires the acquisition of properties adjacent the current public right-of-way. The City has been unsuccessful in its attempts to negotiate the acquisition of real property rights on three of these adjacent parcels. This ordinance authorizes the City Attorney to begin the condemnation proceedings to acquire the necessary rights to own and/or use the subject properties.
