Ordinance No. 16-019 Revising Camas Municipal Code (CMC) Chapter 14.02 Relating to Stormwater Control Details: The City's current National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit issued by the Department of Ecology requires the City to adopt the latest Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMMWW) and Low Impact Development principles for new development and redevelopment. This ordinance resolves this requirement, removes duplicative language already cited in the SWMMWW and adds clarifying language regarding the ownership and maintenance of private stormwater facilities.
