Ordinance No. 15-023 Amending Camas Municipal Code (CMC) Title 18, Chapter 18.03 Definition of Land Uses and Chapter 18.07.030 Table 1 Related to the Establishment and Location of Smoke Shops Within the City of Camas Details: City Council held a public hearing on October 26, 2015, to accept public testimony and review the Planning Commission recommendation and Staff Report. After deliberation, Council voted to amend the CMC to allow Smoke Shops as a permitted use in Community Commercial and Regional Commercial zoning districts when in compliance with additional locational criteria.
