Ordinance to Adopt the Annual 2014 Comprehensive Plan Amendments Details: City Council conducted a public hearing on December 15, 2014, to review the proposed Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendments, which included the following: the Grass Valley Plan (File No.CPA14-02); the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Comprehensive Plan (File No. CPA14-03 “PROS” Plan); and miscellaneous map amendments. City Council accepted public testimony, considered the proposed amendments concurrently, and rendered a decision of approval. Council directed the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for adoption.
