Camp Lacamas Step Sewer Project Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application Details: The City of Camas has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Shoreline Conditional Use Permit (City File No. SHOR17-04) to install a new Septic Tank Effluent Pumping (STEP) system and sewer line to serve Camp Lacamas within a shoreline area that is designated "Urban Conservancy".
