Authorized the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 with PBS for additional on call consultant services for engineering construction plan review and inspection in an amount not to exceed $110,000 for the 2016 and 2017 biennium. This change order increases the contract amount by $30,000 and extends the completion date to January 31, 2018. This increase in budget will be covered in the December 4, 2017 Omnibus.
